VP – Technology
About the Role
We are looking for a VP – Technology to lead and scale our engineering organization. Reporting to the founder/CTO, you'll own technical strategy, delivery excellence, and team growth across our AI, software, and computer-vision practices, turning a strong engineering team into a world-class one serving international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap across products and client delivery.
- Lead, scale, and mentor the engineering organization (architects, developers, QA, DevOps).
- Ensure delivery excellence: quality, timelines, and predictable execution across projects.
- Set engineering standards, processes, and best practices at scale.
- Partner with leadership on hiring, capacity planning, and org design.
- Support business growth through technical pre-sales, client relationships, and solutioning.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/LLMs, agentic systems, computer vision) as differentiators.
- Own key technology metrics: delivery health, quality, utilization, and team performance.
Required Skills
- 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years leading engineering teams/organizations.
- Proven track record scaling teams and delivering complex projects for enterprise or international clients.
- Deep technical foundation across architecture, cloud, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and its application in real products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in an IT services / AI engineering company serving DACH, UAE, or US markets.
- Exposure to building or scaling delivery in a global capability or outsourced model.
- Experience owning delivery P&L or business-facing technology outcomes.
