Solution Architect
About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across our AI and software engineering engagements. You'll translate client and product requirements into robust architectures, guide engineering teams, and support pre-sales with technical credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own solution and technical architecture for client projects and internal products.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and tech-stack decisions.
- Architect cloud-native and AI/ML solutions (LLM integration, data pipelines, microservices).
- Define standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams through design and delivery.
- Support pre-sales: solutioning, effort estimation, technical proposals, and client presentations.
- Evaluate tools, platforms, and emerging technologies for fit and ROI.
Required Skills
- 8+ years in software engineering, with strong architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern application architectures.
- Hands-on background in backend development and system design.
- Experience architecting AI/ML or data-intensive solutions.
- Strong client-facing communication and the ability to defend technical decisions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in a B2B services or consulting environment with international clients.
- Familiarity with computer vision, agentic AI, or workflow automation.
- Relevant cloud architecture certifications.
