About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Quality Analyst to safeguard the quality of our software deliverables. You'll design and execute test cases, catch defects before clients do, and work closely with developers and product teams to ship reliable software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into clear, comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and UAT testing.
  • Log, track, and prioritize defects with detailed reproduction steps.
  • Verify fixes and perform re-testing; maintain test documentation and coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners throughout the SDLC.
  • Support release readiness with sign-off reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years in manual software testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience writing test cases and executing structured test cycles.
  • Experience with bug-tracking/test-management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to API testing (Postman) and basic SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Interest in transitioning toward automation testing.
