Python Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a Python Developer to build the backend and AI-powered services behind our products and client solutions. You'll work on APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with LLMs and AI systems, writing clean, production-grade code in a fast-moving engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs in Python.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and build automation/agent workflows.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations with third-party services.
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code; participate in code reviews.
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, plus vector stores where relevant).
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product to deliver reliable, scalable features.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on Python development.
- Strong experience with a web framework (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and Git-based workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, or vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Exposure to async programming, Celery/queues, or microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD and writing automated tests.
