Global Recruiter
About the Role
We are looking for a Global Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across our international markets, primarily the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), the UAE, and the US. You'll source and hire specialized engineering and consulting talent, work across time zones, and represent the iQud brand to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international and technical roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across DACH, UAE, and US markets.
- Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Screen for technical and cultural fit; coordinate multi-round, cross-time-zone interviews.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate experience through to onboarding.
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) and report on pipeline health.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employer branding in target regions.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment, including international or IT/tech hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and global platforms.
- Experience coordinating across time zones and with international candidates.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder management.
- Comfort with ATS and recruitment reporting.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience hiring for AI, software engineering, or IT consulting roles.
- Familiarity with hiring norms and compliance in DACH, UAE, or US markets.
- Additional language skills (German, Arabic) are a plus.
