Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise across MEAN / MERN stacks, AWS cloud services, and mobile application development. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications for clients across global markets in healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, automation, and enterprise solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, from backend APIs and system architecture to polished frontend interfaces, cloud deployments, and mobile solutions. The candidate must also be confident in client communication and comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using MEAN or MERN stacks.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
• Design and implement responsive frontend interfaces using React.js / Next.js / Angular.
• Lead development of mobile apps using React Native or Flutter based on project needs.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, ECS, etc.).
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and payment gateways.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver polished releases.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and handle technical discussions.
• Use Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Next.js).
• Hands-on expertise in backend architecture, API development, and middleware.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB / DynamoDB).
• Good understanding of mobile app development (React Native / Flutter).
• Strong command over AWS deployments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud best practices.
• Ability to design scalable architectures, reusable modules, and microservices.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently with clients and present technical solutions clearly.
• Experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered coding assistants.
• Experience working in agile development and fast-paced project environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Redis, WebSockets, background job queues.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to performance tuning, code security, and best practices.
• Experience with AI/ML model integrations, inference APIs, or AI-driven workflows.
